Each corporation makes no assurances to match prices, policies or conditions with the other. All returns and exchanges may only be made with the corporation responsible for the original transaction.
When the Shipping Address differs from the Billing Address, IdentityBoardShop.com reserves the right to verify the validity of the cardholder by whatever means necessary, including but not limited to verbal verification with the bank or cardholder. IdentityBoardShop.com may, at it's discretion, opt to cancel the order if the cardholder's validity cannot be verified.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity ordered. It is possible that our warehouse has less stock than reported by the website or dealers may attempt to purchase our high-value products in order to resell them for a higher amount in the marketplace.
You are responsible for all information submitted when placing your order; product selection, size, color, etc. Please review your submission carefully. Any orders submitted with incorrect information by you will be charged in full. If we fulfill your order incorrectly or have posted incorrect product information, you will not be held responsible for any return charges pertaining to that specific product.
Most orders are shipped the same day if received by 2:00 pm PST, Monday thru Friday. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
Any order that is cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded the entire transaction amount. Any order cancelled after shipment will be refunded the transaction amount less the standard outbound and return shipping charges (as listed by the carrier on their website).
Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase on UNUSED items in original condition. All returns and exchanges will be subject to standard outbound and return shipping charges as listed by the carrier on their website. Items that have been used and are being returned for defective purposes will be accepted up to 15 days from the date of purchase. After that date, all defective merchandise claims must be made directly through the manufacturer at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. Returns to IdentityBoardShop.com will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number. IdentityBoardShop.com only accepts warranty claims within the first 15 days of purchase. After 15 days from the date of purchase, product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Terms, conditions and durations of warranties vary by manufacturer. Different manufacturers have different definitions of "worn out", "defective" and "reasonable wear and tear." For more details on manufacturer's wear warranty terms and conditions, please see the warranty cards packed with the product or visit the manufacturer’s website.
Upon issuance of a Return Authorization Number and receipt of merchandise in acceptable condition by IdentityBoardShop.com, orders placed with a credit card will will receive a credit on the original card in the amount of the original transaction less any applicable charges.
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your order differs from the billing address on your bank's records, your order will be declined and will not be processed until this is resolved. Please verify that your information is correct and notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds or billing addresses on cards issued by foreign banks.
Customer / Purchaser / Cardholder / Principals / Etc. all agree to personally guarantee payment on all purchases, including any collection/attorneys fees that may be incurred by us in order to collect on any purchases made and any and all fees relating to same. Customer agrees to all terms and conditions as listed.

Not all International orders can be processed. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE RAN AND PROCESSED THROUGH A VERIFIED PAY PAL ACCOUNT. NO EXCEPTIONS - If it is not a verified paypal account, order will be cancelled.
